About SelfLube

SelfLube is the leading U.S. manufacturer of precision mold and die components. Most of our products have application in tooling, special machines, and all manner of industrial equipment.

SelfLube began in 1990 when Engineer and Management Consultant, Phil Allor, purchased used CNC equipment from a local die shop and began producing self-lubricating wear plates. We started out small with just a few local tool shops, and thanks to our loyal customers and employees, we have been able to continuously grow to where we are today.

The secret of our success - which really isn't much of a secret - is that we provide consistently high value products and services to our customers.

We make both conventional and self-lubricating components in both inch and metric sizes. Our product line consists of more than 10,000 standard part numbers. If you have a unique piece requiring special sizes, we do that too. Our flexibility allows us a potentially infinite number of part numbers, which means that we can generally accommodate any size or special configuration a customer might need.

We supply a large number of customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Our choice to almost exclusively sell direct is for the simple reason that it saves customers time and money. Also, SelfLube has a track record of 99% on-time shipping, further demonstrating our commitment to quality.

And, as for quality, 13 consecutive years of zero non-conformance ISO 9001 audits speak for themselves. View our ISO certificate here.
